Please note BUPA does not cover therapy fees. Aviva requires a referral from a psychiatrist prior to psychology sessions.
If you do not have health insurance, we charge £100 for the intial assessment and subsequent sessions. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer, we do not currently have facility for card payments.
What to expect from sessions
The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client and the first assessment allows us to get to know each other and establish a good working relatonship
The session involves getting a full picture of your situation, the aspects of your life you would like to change, speaking about your background and establishing clear goals to work on together
After the first session, you will have an understanding of what the focus of the sessions are, how many sessions we will have as well as what to expect in terms of outcomes.
Alternatively, if after the first session you decide that we are not the most appropriate people to help you, we can provide recommendations for alternative therapies/treatments.
