Dr. May Friedler | Chartered Counselling Psychologist
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist working within both a private practice and within NHS settings. I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, and my work focuses on enabling my clients to cope, manage and move forward.
My approach to counselling has a strong focus on creating a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. In therapy you will work together with me to establish your needs and create attainable goals, in order to allow you to regain control over any difficulties in your life.
We all have negative periods in life, but I believe that short term therapy helps you cope effectively in these struggles and move forward.
